  • High-volume periods (like sales or launches) may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & U.S. – Typically 3–7 business days after processing.
  • International – We do not ship internationally at the moment

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Duties & Taxes

  • Canada – Applicable taxes are included in the product price.
  • International Orders – Customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, our team will reach out to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We’re proud to use recyclable mailers and boxes. Whenever possible, please reuse the packaging for returns or recycling.

What is Your Return Policy?

If your new OKFITT gear isn’t the right fit, you have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items with marks, odours, hair, or other signs of wear cannot be accepted.  

To start a return, email us at commit2yourprocess@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram before sending items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.  

Please note: Order shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Exchanges

  • We allow one exchange per order
  • Once we receive and approve your return, you can place a new order for your desired item.  

Duties & Taxes

  • All duties and taxes are included in the cost of your item and will be refunded once we receive your return package.

Refunds

Your return will qualify for a refund if:  

The item arrived defective or damaged, or

  • Standard Shipping – Reliable delivery right to your door. Your received the wrong item

Once approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

Please note:

  • Any original shipping & fulfillment costs will be deducted from the refund.  
  • We do not issue both a refund and an exchange for the same item.  

A Note on Final Sale Items

Some pieces are marked as Final Sale — these are typically items purchased at special OKFITT sales or through alternative retail events.
Final Sale items:

  • Do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
  • Will not be sent back unless the sender provides a return shipping label.
  • Are not covered under our return policy.

If a Final Sale item is sent to our returns facility, it will only be returned if the sender covers shipping.

A Note on Return Packaging

We encourage you to reuse the recyclable bag or box your order arrived in.

  • Our recyclable mailers are resealable and include a fresh adhesive strip for your return.
  • Please do not use the inner paper garment wrapping — it’s for product protection, not shipping.
